Website owner

Oritia is the digital services brand of ORITIA DEVELOPMENT LLC.

  • Tax ID: 3892003L.
  • Address: W49R+H9J Gustavia, St Barthélemy.
  • Country of establishment: St Barthélemy.
  • Contact and data protection rights: oritiadev@gmail.com.

1. Activity and purpose of this website

Oritia provides web design and development, e-commerce, applications, automation, integrations, artificial intelligence and cybersecurity services. It also prepares website texts and implements privacy information and cookie preferences for digital projects.

This website presents our services and lets you request proposals. Submitting a form, receiving an acknowledgement or having an initial conversation does not, by itself, create a contract, reserve availability or constitute acceptance of a quotation.

2. Proposals and service contracts

Each project is defined in a proposal or contract identifying the parties, scope, deliverables, languages, features, schedule, price, taxes, payments and included services. Domains, hosting, maintenance and third-party services are governed by that agreement. Scope changes require agreement on their effect on cost and timing.

Website descriptions and examples do not replace the specific terms of an engagement. Unless expressly committed to, no particular commercial results, search rankings, revenue, third-party approvals or compatibility with future services are guaranteed.

Cybersecurity work is limited to authorised systems, tests and scope; no measure eliminates every risk. Preparing legal information requires accurate business and processing details. Matters requiring specific legal advice belong with the appropriate qualified professional.

3. Terms of use

You may browse the website and contact Oritia for lawful purposes, respecting other people's rights. Impersonation, bulk or abusive submissions, malicious code, bypassing access controls and disruption of the website are not permitted.

Automated extraction must not infringe rights, circumvent technical measures or overload the service. Public access to a page does not authorise access to private systems. Oritia may proportionately limit abusive access and requests to protect the service and its users.

4. Intellectual property and branding

Original text, designs, code, graphics and other content belong to Oritia or their respective rights holders and licensors. Visiting the website transfers no ownership and grants no general licence to reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit content. Expressly authorised uses and statutory exceptions remain available.

Do not remove attribution or use Oritia's name, brand or logo to suggest representation, collaboration or endorsement that does not exist. For uses not permitted by law, obtain the rights holder's permission.

Third-party project names and logos retain their respective rights and identify work; their appearance does not mean those third parties guarantee Oritia's services. Ownership and licensing of project deliverables are established in each contract.

5. Information you provide

Provide accurate information and only the data and materials needed for your enquiry. You must be entitled to share other people's information and authorised to represent a business where applicable.

Do not submit passwords, access keys, payment details or particularly sensitive information through the initial form. If a project needs system access or confidential documentation, we will agree the channel and conditions beforehand. An enquiry does not grant Oritia a commercial exploitation licence over materials you send.

6. Availability and liability

Oritia seeks to keep the website available and up to date. Maintenance, technical incidents, third-party actions and circumstances beyond its reasonable control may cause interruptions. You may report errors or access problems through the contact email.

Liability is determined by applicable law and, where one exists, the service contract. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited or non-waivable consumer or user rights. They do not make Oritia responsible for unlawful uses beyond its own conduct.

7. External links

External links open third-party projects or information governed by their own terms and policies. Oritia does not control subsequent changes or those providers' data practices. If a link infringes rights, send us its address and the reason so we can assess it.

8. Law, complaints and changes

The owner is established in St Barthélemy. These terms are interpreted under applicable law, without excluding mandatory rules that apply because of the user's residence, the activity or the circumstances of the service.

Send questions and complaints to oritiadev@gmail.com. Disputes belong with the competent bodies under applicable jurisdiction rules; these terms do not require a waiver of mandatory jurisdiction protections or non-waivable rights.

Changes are published with their update date and do not retrospectively modify contracted projects. Privacy and cookies are addressed in their separate policies.
